Our
Calling...
Our calling is to provide you with
the best possible BBQ experience. We take a minimalist approach on the
amount of sauce we put on everything, allowing you to personalize your food
to your liking. We go old school, low and slow, in the cooking. Everything
is made from scratch, including our sauce and rib rub. We use local produce
wherever possible, and refuse to prefab anything. If we could grow the food,
we would, but instead we just put as much love as possible into it's
preparation. We think the end product amply shows that.
What
is Sweet Fire?
Sweet
Fire BBQ is the vision of Michael Brown. This vision was brought about
thru a great deal of patience and no small amount of support from many friends
and family members. It is an ever changing vision, fluid the way life is.
